Mark your calendars! Wednesday, Nov 15 is “Catch” Yourself some “SEL” Night. Join us for a night of family fun, while we explore ways to keep our minds and bodies healthy! The CATCH (Coordinated Approach To Children’s Health) and SEL (Social Emotional Learning) committees are joining forces to bring our families fun physical and SEL activities.

  • Activities include “check your engine”, glitter jars, stress balls, home peace areas and more. Family workouts include DrumFIT sessions at 5:05 pm and 5:40pm, as well as Mindfulness Yoga at 6:25 pm.
  • For our parents and caregivers, we will offer breakout sessions on Mindfulness with James Butler, Bedtime routines with Holly Barajas, and LASA health through science with Alex Mancevski. Each 20 minute discussion will be offered at 5:10 and 5:40.
  • Also, many of our community partners will join us to offer information on mental and physical health.
