Mark your calendars! The Fall Book Fair is next week, Dec 3 – Dec 7. Wander into the Enchanted Forest Book Fair, a whimsical place full of irresistible books kids can’t wait to read so their imaginations can grow!! If you are unable to attend the Fair in person, please visit our online book fair (available Dec 6 to Dec 13) Remember, all purchases benefit our library!

Book fair hours are:
Mon, Dec 3| 7:15 am to 3:30 pm
Tue, Dec 4| 7:15 am to 7:30 | Family Math & Science night! Open late
Wed, Dec 5| 7:15 am to 3:30 pm | GRAND event (Grandparents, Relatives, Aunts and Uncles and Devoted caretakers welcome)!
Thu, Dec 6| 7:15 am to 6:00 pm | Nutcracker fundraiser night! Open late
Fri, Dec 8 | 7:15 am to 12:15 pm

Volunteers also needed for the book fair! Volunteering at the Book Fair is the perfect way to stay connected to your child at school and help students find the books they can’t wait to read. Sign up now and get ready for a fun and rewarding volunteer experience. If you can’t work a full shift, no worries! Just sign up and stay as long as you can. Don’t worry about any experience as it is very easy to get the hang of it. Thank you in advance!

Math & science nightSave the date! Tuesday, Dec 4 is Family Math & Science Night! 5:30 to 6:30 pm in the cafeteria. Students and families can take part in a wide variety of science, math and creative arts activities. Watch cool videos in the Discovery Dome!

Families can also view students’ incredible science projects.


The book fair will also be open late on Tuesday evening.


ThinkstockPhotos-4532083331Patton Elementary is hosting a 30th Anniversary Nutcracker Gala on Friday November 30. Tickets are being sold before and after school at the drive-up porch. Tickets are $20 each with a limit of 4/ per family and include an Italian dinner at 5 pm before the show starts at 6 pm. The proceeds benefit the Music Department and a new sound system for the Music Dept/stage.
